9th Weigh In

I had my 9th weigh in and I remained the same....TOTM in 2 days, this happens every month. Oh well at least I haven't gained. Hope I have a loss next week.

I have had a total weight loss of 19 lbs weight loss in 9 wks. I wish it was more but every 2 weeks I keep remaining the same weight....not sure why!

Everyone is different Popsie but the best thing to do is look at the overall loss, and you have done very well. Well done, keep plodding on and I am sure you will have a good loss next week.

Yes I think I will lose next week this has happened every month since I started Thanks to you all...You are all doing really well too. My daughter has been on CD 3 weeks and has lost 11 lbs so I am really happy for her.
