A BIG hello!

Hi

Just poppong in to say a big 'hello'.

I have taken the plunge & signed up Online. I don't have any SW classes near me, but I know it works (I even used to be a Consultant with them), which is why I decided to do this at home & use the Online facilities.

I am hoping to lose 4 stone, so hopefully, with the support of this site, I will soon be well on my way to target...

Hopefully I will get to know many of you as I start my journey.

I have also signed up on line and start SW on Monday. Must admit I am a bit nervous, and worried that I won't get my head around all the do's and don't's.
