I felt the same on Sole Source. Felt the 7lb over 2 weeks just wasn't worth the struggle. I am glad I stuck with it though. I read my CD book and decided to move up to Step 2, mainly to have food as i found SS too extreme. Find it easier socially as well on 810. Can easily eat out and have grilled chicken with salad greens. Luckily I like fish, chicken, prawns and green veg and the protein sizes are quite a big portion. My weightlosses have been better on Step 2. I am sulking abit tonight though becasue I've only lost 1lb this week, I have been poorly with a kidney infection so I'm blaming that x
