Morning - How is it going?
 
My weekend has been terrible, totally off plan!

So glad to be at work and back into routine. Got 5 days to go til next weigh in lol.

I know that feeling too much. I do much better when I am not with the Grandchildren. Even tho they are in school all day I have their house to myself and there are all sorts of goodies to have. Keep telling myself to plan but it don`t always work :sigh:
 
I always plan, and never stick to it lol. It's hard when theres treats etc around.

I just want to eat all day today. not good lol.
 
Goodness, I am just like that. I spend the whole evening eating lots of fruit too. No good for my diabetes and I think I eat too much of it for the `diet` too.

I just luv food.
 
Me too, food food food is all that goes around in my head from the time i wake up to the time i go to sleep lol!

But i know it's not good for me.

Yesterday i did well whilst being at work...came home, did 20 mins of zumba on kinect then had crisps etc...totally blew it.

4 nutrigrain biscuits (hexB) (4 syns)
250ml semi skimmed milk (hexA) used for tea through the day..

Lunch

Tomato and herb mugshot
Banana
Apple
Yoghurt

Dinner

Planning on having a jacket spud, beans and salad (thats if the salad is in date!) if not then just the spud and beans.

And making sure i do another 20 mins of zumba kinect :)
 
I just popped in to see where you live. Sorry - was going to invite you for breakfast but you too far away. :p

Looks like you have a good day planned. I'm okay while I'm at work, its when I get home that things go to pot, lol. Boredom a lot of it I think

Oh mannn i don't know whats wrong with me!

I never had that jacket spud...other half had a chicken tikka kebab in naan with chips :( i shared it with him...have been good through the day too arghh!

Never did the zumba either!

But on the plus side i've got the marker out to draw another line under :(
 
Ah i've also ordered the 30 day shred dvd...thats going to kill! LOL

You can do it Vicky! I also have a weakness for kebabs haha :)
Today's plan is looking good. Don't beat yourself up about the zumba, just try xxxx.
