So I went for a little retail therapy with my mother and my younger sister today (I'm allowing myself 1000 calories throughout a non-active day) and with my diet we were struggling with what to have for lunch, as you do. If I'm honest, my sister LOVES KFC! We had to go.
I walked in and found myself finally appreciating how they put the calories on the menu board. I found out that I could have lunch there for just 385 calories!!!!
A mini fillet burger £1.29 (220kcal)
x2 Hot wings 99p (165)
and of course a diet Pepsi.
It was nice to have some flavour and although it felt like I was indulging in the good stuff I wasn't cheating on my diet!
TIP: if you've had a calorie rich meal but it's not filling enough, have a sugar free jelly! It makes you feel like you've considered your sweet tooth!
