A little advice.

Hello all, this is my first time on this forum. I would be very gratefull for any advice giving. I have had pcso for 8 years, I managed to lose six stone. Which made my symptoms better. The last six months I have put on a stone, my periods are coming regular. I have hair gain and really bad headaches again. Has this happened to others. Many thanks for any advice given. Jane
