Im sorry to ask this as im sure someone else will have asked but ive searched through old threads and cant find the answer....
Tha calculator on the JUDDD website says i should be having 460cals on a DD and 1527 on an UP day so what would i have on an ID 'the day you have inbetween'? plus do you all stick to what the up day calculator says? on that Eat, fast and live longer programme he ate whatever he wanted and didnt calorie count!
 
Mine said I should ha e about 415 , but I won't be able to stick to it so I am having 500, done two dd now had a sneaky weigh in I am 4 pound down ( prob water)
 
Woohoooo well done super gran that's fab! Roll on tomorrow for my upday today hasn't been too difficult anyway tbh :)
 
I'm on my second DD. I'm managing to stick to less than 500 cals although the web site says I should be aiming for less than 400! I don't think I could do that and function normally. At the moment I am suffering from headaches and tiredness with fantasies about curries and cream cakes!

Inbetween days - do we aim for about 1000 calories?
