Queen of the Damned
.....today I booked the day off work. Been struggling in on crutches for the past three weeks and figured I deserved a day off.
And having slept incredibly well I thought of a little experiment. Today I have dressed in my size 26 jeans (held up by a belt), a size 22/24 top (very roomy) and am going about my normal day. And do you know what? Each time I have to hoick my jeans up, or pull my top back up to cover my shoulder it reminds me of what I have achieved.
Ok so my journey seems to have stalled - whether it's my body getting used to all the drugs, or what, I don't know. But there's no denying it - I have lost weight, and I have made a difference to myself.

So you see, sometimes the most stupid experiments bring the biggest smiles to our faces
