A little help please

welcome aboard :D i am the same as you and to be honest i very rarely eat no breakfast at all but yeah a couple of pieces of fruit will be absolutely fine
Yeah you could start off with fruit and them maybe later on work your way up to other meals...I've heard beans on toast for breakfast or something with a form a chili is really good for you to eat first thing..especially when trying to loose weight but ....cant bring myself to do it..Usually only have a small bowl of cereal.. :)

I'm not a great eater first thing either, so I have mine when I get to work! After you've had your fruit, perhaps have something else a little more substantial before lunch, breakfast is the most important meal of the day (says she who slept through it this morning!!)

Eggs are quick and keep you going until lunch, perhaps give them a try?
home-made fruit smoothies are great if you don't like eating breakfast....:)
You cannot have eggs on tablets dont forget.....unfortunately the side effects are very unpleasant!!!!

You can have eggs, in moderation. I have them regularly, they a 5g of fat in the yolk, so I can have them and keep within the 15g rule per meal.

Although everyone is slightly different with eggs, but I'm finding I'm ok with them, no side effects at all - and as an emergency meal, they are God send to me, and very filling too!
I'm fine with eggs, often have two for breakfast with no side effects.
I have a poached egg for breakfast sometimes ...I have no side affects :)
i have eggs occasionally too. always poached thou and in moderation. never had a side effect with them either :)
