Hi All,
I have been yo-yo dieting for a number of years, same old story lose 1lb, gain 2...
2010 was a big year for me and I have been quite successful in all aspects of my life beside's my weight.
I am going to try WW myself, I have signed up for a 12 week gym membership and have enlisted the help of a friend to get me walking every night!!
Fingers crossed
;)

Good luck with the diet. WW is a really good diet for steady weigh loss and future maintenance xx

I also seem to yoyo, well really I get so pleased at loosing a stone, I then start breaking it and before I know it, im back to my heaviest again.

Im finding it easier to be honest with myself and stop focusing on how much I loose each week and think more about how I will be in 6 months.

I wish you all the best, there is a wealth of info on here and some extremely amazing inspirational stories.
