250ml skimmed milk 85 cals
250ml semi skimmed 117 1/2 cals
so differance 32 cals x 2 milkshakes 64 cals not even one snack
but as i dont do snacks because 300 cals x 7 days = 2100 CALS > 3500 cals = 1lb loss, so 2100 cals = 1/4 LB NOT LOST so only a 1 3/4lb loss with no exercise oh im am hot this morning ha ha hope this helps or dosen"t ha ha luv angie x
