The scales I have at home are absolute rubbish, they were the cheap Tesco Value ones and I don't feel they are very accurate so have not been weighing my salad, will this hinder me?

I have not been having excessive amounts but enough to fill me up. Does anyone have any other ways that they measure their veggies or do you do it by sight alone?

Any tips would be great :)

i look at the bags or labels. pretty much eveything has labels on.
The kale from morrisons is 1.4 for half a bag etc. im lazy and buy things in bags so i know what it weighs. :D
