Morning all!!
Well, i'm now on day 7 and .....'I FEEL GOOD......... I knew that i should'arty0019: Just a quick question for all of you pros, do you have to have a shake at breakfast time or does it do any harm to leave it a couple of hours after you get up? I never seem to want my shake first thing in the morning, i would prefer to leave it until later. Will this make a difference to my weight loss?
