a reboost after exercising any ideas?

hi there wonder if anyone can help.
i try to do my exercising early in the morning at 8:15 after dropping my son to the school bus,so i can get home early to do all the housework and day today life with my two other kiddies.

i take my two boys with me in a double buggy, im managing to do 1 hr power walking,which im enjoying, the only thing is im so shattered after that i cant even do the housework and get so grumpy with the hubby and kiddies:cry:, any ideas for a boost after exercising ?

any tips or helpful comment would be great, also this maybe in the wrong bit sorry
