Sometimes when I havent got time to make something to eat... like "Fooood, give me foooood now" - I need to have a quick grab of somthing.

Can we make a list here for quick grab, no cook yummies and then can it be a sticky?

    My quick grabs are:

    Cheese and pickled onions
    Fridge Raiders Bites
    Frankfurters nuked for 40 seconds
Boiled eggs (I keep 2-3 in fridge)
Nuts (I eat these on induction)
Strawbs (again I eat on induction)
Ham, rolled up with slices of edam

Lidl have a selection of small continental sausages that are all smoked and very low in carbs. I like them

Let's not forget the famous *****Oopsie Rolls*****, if you have some of these you can bung them in the toaster and pretty much treat like toast, sweet or savoury.
    Use them for all sorts.

Those oopsie rolls look really good, but knowing my lack of cooking skill along with my dodgy oven I will make a complete hash off it.:wave_cry:
