A Taste Of Honey

So proud of myself today - I was at training all day, surrounded by food: bacon rolls, egg rolls, lunch of delicious bites, buffet full of even more delicious nibbles, cakes, pastries, sweets in every room. And I resisted all day. I had soup at 11:30 (home made pea and mint), I took a couple of oatcakes and bananas with me, and I resisted all temptation until the training finished at 8, and I got home at 9. Now I've eaten yoghurt, a few slices of ham, a cube of feta cheese and hot chocolate. It's been a weird mixed up day, but I didn't pig out. And I went to the gym first for an hour's work out.

Knackered now though. I don't know if my scales were wrong at the weekend, but it's given me a hell of a scare. It's also reaffirmed what I always knew - weight loss remains my single biggest priority. I'm not risking regaining it, no how, no way.
