A Water Question

All teas, coffees, fruit teas and diluted juice will count towards your overall water intake. I'd go for sugar free squash ( check the cals as the artificial sweeteners can be more) and beware of the added cals and fats in the hot choc. I'm okay with water but still don't drink anywhere near enough... Xx
 
The No Added sugar stuff should be fine. It should only count for a few calories and it definitely counts :D
 
Lol I know what you mean I'm a diet coke/pepsi girl. Find it hard to drink anything else. But have cut down lots. xxx
