Aaaargh! Ive nibbled cheese and ham! So cross!

:cry:I have been sole sourcing fo nearly six weeks. Its my TOTM and today my willpower crashed! I ate 3 slices of thin ham with grated chedder inside, and then a chunk of chedder. I am sooo cross with myself! Will I have come out of Ketosis now? I cant believe I did it.:cry::cry::cry:
 
Check the packet! I confess i hads the odd bit first time around and it never knocked me out - it is protein as mosrt cheese contains a very low or nil carb rate. Its just high in cals. Have another pack if you are that hungry hun :)
