sorry but i need to let this out.ive just been to asda and have had half a bag of mini sausage rolls and jumbo cookies and im out for tea tonight.
what do i do enjoy this week,expect a gain and start again next week ,im not in the mood for cooking from scratc this week,finding im getting sick and bloody tired of fruit.
went shopping the other day and im missing all the nice things,the easy things,the ready made things.

when i start again next week ive got a do to go to on sunday and i have absoultley no will power when im out,its not fair,

i dont want to let myself down,its been hard work losing the weight and its taken 8 months which personally i think is a long time to lose 2.5 stone but like i say i have weeks when i have no occasions what so ever and i can be seriously strict, then i seem to have lots of occasions come at once.when i just think o sod it
