Hi all, i'm on my 3rd day of aam i'm staying with chicken as i don't like fish or cheese, the thing is it's making me feel bloated and sick and i don't feel i'm losing weight.
I am drinking loads of water,was better just with shakes. Do i really need to aam?

I am a bit worried now about aamw, I was looking forwrd to it. I suppose after not eating food for four weeks,it must hit your stomach like a lead bomb.
Will just have to try it amd see ho I get on, were all different. lol

Thank you, I think the splitting up meal is maybe a good way to go.
Its funny cos 3 weeks ago I would never have thought of being in a position to say ther was too much food too eat lol.
