So disappointed in myself. I went up half a pound this week! RAGING. I'm back on that old see saw of my usual weight loss pattern that happens every time I start to feel comfortable! And of course what do I do after weigh in?? Walk straight out of group instead of staying and facing up to it. Not only do I walk out, I walk into Mc D's and have a hamburger and twisty fries! Big TUT TUT, especially when I polished it off with a chocolate biscuit.

So tomorrow Ill jump back on that band wagon. I'll whip out my food diary, write everything down and optimise 100%!!

COMEEEEEE on weight loss!!!! :D
 
my first week i was crapping it but did ok could have done better, i had capri suns and calypso drinks not knowing they were 5 syns each first 2 days :( felt well gutted
 
YIKES, 5 syns! At least you know now and wont make that mistake again, unless you really want it of course!

I'm terrible, use to be a WW goer and keep thinking in points!
