well i didn't eat anything extra last night. so i did manage to save 2.5 points despite my sudden indulgence on low cal goods.

i'm not taking them all to work with me tonight, ha.

i got a few things in to make another veg sauce for pasta as well, some leeks and some mushrooms. already have tomatoes in. so i'll do that this morning along with some spaghetti. i'll leave some for thomas tonight and he can bang in some quorn mince or something to go with it.

also had the netto leaflet through our door the other day. i don't usually bother to look as it's usually full of things that we don't need, but i had a quick scan yesterday morning with my cuppa and i think i'll head down there on thursday. they have offers on lean mince and lean chicken which is rather handy. so it all starts on thursday and that happens to be my day off :) woo. meat is something we don't buy much off nowadays other than ham for thomas's sandwiches. a sandwich isn't a sandwich without meat and cheese in it it would seem. thomas is horrified at the thought of cheese sandwich, or a ham sandwich alone, ha. only in desperation will he do such a thing. he draws the line at ham and chocolate spread though :p

another pound showing it's pootled off this morning. can only be a good thing :) i know that it's mainly water but i have to get rid of the water before i get rid of the fat right? so it's all headed in the right direction.

another late one for me tonight. hopefully the day won't drag quite as spectacularly as it has been doing these last few days. still. after today i'm off tomorrow and only working friday morning as my cousin is coming to leeds for a meeting and i want to meet him for a coffee, which could have been done in my lunch break but i decided to luxuriate and have the afternoon off. plus, i can then pop into confetti and see what wedding invitations they sell. as i really need to invite people to my wedding!!

well it isn't like cd. i don't expect to lose weight every day really. just want to check it hasn't suddenly gone up loads and i'm not doing this wrong... ha.

and despite now buying more yoghurt, i'm still yoghurtless... i may have to sort that out today too. don't know why i have this hankering for yoghurt. we are supposed to be drinking a pint of milk a day for calcium and there is no way i can do that so a yoghurt would help...
 
i believe i may be getting hormonal having looked at pictures of gemstone's cat that passed away yesterday and i burst into tears. of course this is very sad, but i never knew poppy and i believe that hormones may have come into play.

saying that, i love cats and all things cattish so it may just have hit me. my two are still rather young so it's a hard thing for me to imagine.
 
Variety is the key Abz with almost any diet. However sometimes we crave things at least it's not sugar!

Good thing with WW is you will learn everything in moderation and so when you achieve goal you can maintain without refeeding as you were doing this in a way to start with.

hopefully bren. although i'm not sure i'll lose enough before the wedding and may have to do some emergency cd towards the end. i think i've left it a bit late to do it with ww alone... but we'll see. i'll give it a couple of months and see where i'm at :) hopefully in the 12s...

Dont think about the time you want to achieve it in just focus on the point counting. Perhaps time to change your goals and make them smaller so you can achieve one soon and be extra motivated!

i have loads of short term goals bren. the first one to get back into the 13s. hoping for that after two weeks on ww, we'll see. and then would like to be in the 12s or close to by the end of april!! that's about half a stone a month and should be achievable. but i think i HAVE to keep my long term goal in mind now. because i keep working on the short term ones and feeling like it doesn't matter if this week goes wrong because next week will take care of it and i'm running out of weeks!! i would love to do it that way but i have a rather stringent deadline so can't...

am meeting a friend for coffee and lunch before i go to work today. may head on to subway again as i know the points for that!! ha. we'll see. but i'll go easy and point high.

think as i'm working late tonight though i may leave brekkie until then, it skews my meals a bit but it means i can have my tea a bit later on in the evening... so i think i may make myself a cuppa and make that pasta sauce...

Good call Abz.

You could maybe eat half the subway and take the other half to work to have later on? That way your eating frequently keeping your metabolism high and staying in the points??
