Abi's weightloss diary - post jaw surgery

Morning Abi :) How are you doing today? When you starting work? i miss your emails :(

Oh you said you were meeting a friend before work, so I suppose you're not there... is this Jo you're meeting?

Well I am hungover today :( baaaaad!! So I am not a very happy bunny :( Oh well, at least I've managed to get to work, now i am trying my best to stay here and not run home to bed, which is all i want in the world :(

Oooo..... no Bren - much more than that! I've already done a 2 stone ticker, that's the second. I'll start the third in June with a bit of luck then the next one in January 2010. If all goes well I'll be finished by June 2010 - so I'm here for a while yet :)
 
hi there guys. yes it was jo bon. we went to subway and i had another veggi delight and it was yummy. so that was 6 points according to my wee book and i've had a tesco light carrot and orange cake slice for 1.5 points too. so that's 7.5 out of 23 so far today. i've also snacked on two tomatoes. i'd forgotten how yummy tomatoes are to just eat, and it makes a difference from apples, ha.

my boss is just off out to tesco and i've managed to ask him to get me the tinned tomatoes i need for tea. got to the adding tinned tomatoes staged of my veg sauce for pasta and discovered that i didn't have any... so i have spaghetti mushrooms and onions so far, ha. so i'll just add the tomatoes when i bung it in the microwave... glad that i haven't gone to tesco. the temptation to buy things i shouldn't is too strong. bit annoyed though because i bought chewing gum and think i must have left it at home because i can't find it :( but don't want to buy more. so there goes my chewing without eating... ha.

still. i have two tomatoes and an apple left. and my dinner. and a cake slice. so i'm sure i'll manage. and if it comes to the worst i'll pop to tesco myself...

You'll look beautiful at your wedding no matter how much more you lose between now & then so try not to worry about it too much. x x
 
i'm hoping that the stress will help me lose lbs :D

i am sure i will look just dandy, but i want to look fantastic in a bikini on a beach somewhere just afterwards too... so the more fat lost the better :) don't think i'll be able to lose too much in that time frame somehow...

also. i want to make sure that i fit in the dress i ordered... size 16. bring it on.
 
no. that was forever ago, ha. but the pub where they both worked went bust. dave managed to get a job with the new owner, but jo being rather pregnant didn't go for one. so she's not working at the mo. applying for jobs as a music teacher though :)

Oh I am glad Dave managed to get another job, that was worrying when they both became jobless.

Aw Jo is a stay at home Mum :) I bet she's loving all the extra time with Emily :D
 
just the apple cake :D it's a gazillion points but it will be worth it :D

jo wants to look at curtains i think. and we always like looking at the sofas for some reason. one of the things i'll be asking for for wedding pressies is ikea vouchers. that and dosh. so hopefully after the wedding we'll be able to get a sofa that's a sofa rather than a sofabed...
 
well have just had my pasta with tomatoes, onions and mushrooms. not the most exciting meal in the world but i was caught short a bit this morning so the best i could rustle up in a jiff.

there seemed to be a lot of pasta though... wondering if maybe i mis-weighed, looked at the wrong row of numbers or something. i'll check it out when i get home... in any case. i have so many points left over today i don't think it would make much difference if there was twice as much, and there certainly wasn't...

i feel a bit full but still hungry. think i need to give my stomach chance to settle a wee bit before i decide on whether a bit of carrot cake can wait until later :)

most of my house is kitted out from there. a little embarrassing at times as i'm sure people can tell but it's my first house so had no money for anything other than ikea...

i want the red corduroy sofa they are selling at the moment :D i sit on it every time we go, ha.

hey everyone :) i am indeed enjoying the freedom of points sara, but am still getting to grips with what i can have, so not that much freedom, ha. although i have successfully pointed some apple stuff from ikea and that is going to be my treat for today :) i'll be good the rest of the time.

i have yet to have brekkie. am not hungry. may have some fruit. have had a couple of cups of coffee though.

scales show a bit more gone this morning, i know i know. every day weighing is terrible, but it doesn't count until monday morning so i'm not too worried. just got to stay within the points.

have realised that i didn't answer one of the questions.

15 weeks until my dress fitting(after this week, weeks starting on mondays) and then another month after that. am going to see where i am in around 10 weeks and if i haven't lost even close to enough i think i'll do an emergency month on cambridge. of course i don't condone using cambridge in this way but the panic may push me into it :)
