oh i know the ropes from forever ago su but i'm picking them up again easily enough. the syns changes are the hardes thing to get my head around but i'm getting there...
on a totally unrelated note, i have only taken my painkillers twic in the last week and already i have toilet issues. in the last two days i've eaten 2.5 punnets of grapes which i'm sure would have sent any normal person running for the loo and staying there for a significant amount of time... but no. not me. so i'm back on trying not to take painkillers... gah!!

Hi abz,
have you tried eating dried fruit? I munch on a couple of dates or a handful of sultanas and I find that more effective than fresh fruit. Mind you, could just be me, I am a bit weird!

hi guys. well really strong cocodamol is the only thing they've found that will sort it. i don't take it often though as it does send me loopy 
prune juice... a warrior's drink!! (sorry, i've been watching star trek) don't think i've ever had it... not sure i want it. am thinking of getting some dried apricots but i will have to use syns on them then and i don't really want to...

You could alway try psyllium in water. Like that fibre sure stuff that dissolves in water.
Ive had those types of problems since i was little and psyllium was amazing. Its not any syns either

oh, i forgot to say. i've had my contraceptive implant taken out this afternoon. she had to dig around a bit and it's feeling rather sore but it is currently hidden under a bandage so i don't know how much bruising there will be yet
but this is the first time in two years that it hasn't been incredibly unlikely that i'll get preggers. i think 24 women per million get pregnant when using implanon so it's pretty sure stuff. a woman at work seems to think i'm going to get pregnant before my wedding... well i'm rather skilled at not being pregnant, ha. she didn't seem to realise that i actually have a head on my shoulders... so. the quest to remain babyless for a couple of months begins then... can't wait broody doesn't cover it

Hope your arm isnt too sore. xxi've heard psyllium husks are rank... yeuch... still. if it means i will weigh less at weigh in i may be game

They arent that nice....but you can get the totally disalvable stuff now....or even capsules to take. Might be worth a try. Ive got the fibre sure one. It disolves in water and doesnt taste of anything.

might be worth giving it a shot i'll look into it if problems continue
i have been looking after a small child learning to potty train this afternoon. she has imbibed HUGE amounts of fluid and sat on the potty for what seems like forever but it seems she's finally learned bladder control... a little too well... started to get a bit frustrating, ha. she went to bed, nappy back on and no doubt will wee for her life whilst asleep.... it became a bit of a mission. WEE dammit WEE
i'm no nutter. honest have watched about an hour and a half of peppa pig this aft so excuse my strange attitude...
