have also discovered that my dream house has been reduced to £110k and i can't buy it because we wouldn't make enough dosh on selling ours. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh. to think my house was worth £130k a couple of years ago *sniff*
the living room is a work in progress nas. a furniture shift has taken place, we have some new stuff, but no wallpapering action yet... still not sure what to do with it, ha. think i'm going to wait until post-wedding when we'll be saving for a new sofa, so once i have that i'll be able to match in the walls better i know which sofa i want so am matching things a little bit backwards
Abz I'm the same. I buy the furniture then decorate and dress things up with rugs and pillows or in the bedroom the quilt, I usually like my walls to be white with a feature wall that is subtle still and put striking artworks on the wall. Only like my creations on the walls too.

it is easy shame you don't have classes. you can do it online though for £20 a month, or you can do it by post. and they do have an overseas option, so maybe you could look into doing it that way?
Clarri, I am just starting to realise that getting half way and being quite close to my goal and way more comfortable about life and the scales and most importantly how my clothes fit. That I should be looking towards a way of life with my food and exercise.
Calorie counting does work for me and so do many aspects of Cohen's. I have been thinking about Atkins but really nervous about eating those types of foods all the time. The deal with Cohen's is I can work with a later stage in the plan so it's not too restrictive all the time and then when at goal I can just follow the tips and guidelines to maintaining.
I'm feeling confident.
Cd did work but I was forcing myself at moments so switched. It was a very good decision. Is SB not working for you at the moment??
I don't know, I wander off for a little while and come back and your a SW girl! I think it sounds good, always been slightly tempted to try it. Might do after the cruise, by then you will be able to tell me how good it is!
ha. it's going fabulously barb. i have to keep reminding myself not to count everything!! and it keeps you on the straight and narrow more. i was sticking to my ww points but finding it too easy to eat unhealthy food!! and i don't like restricting fruit. so this is fab for me for the moment
only half a lb to go until 14st exactly this morning so it looks like i may make it to 13st something by the end of march yet!! i was going to weigh in on the first of april but weighing in on april fool's day doesn't seem like such a good idea... will see what i weigh in the morning, hee.
