ha. i'm here guys. sorry. last night we tidied up a bit so the boiler man could actually get to the boiler and i haven't started work until right now and had the boiler man here this morning. I HAVE HOT RUNNING WATER AND A BOILER THAT LIGHTS. WOOHOO. and it just needed a good clean so we shouldn't have to pay for the repairs. just the service

well i lost 6.75lbs on my cdc's scales, 10 on mine. that will do. not quite all of my christmas weight off but hopefully it will all be gone by the end of this week although i do have a wedding dress fitting in the middle and may go out for lunch with mum but will stick to low carbness.

am working 1-11 tonight. oh yay.

am tucking into my first ever cinnamon and apple cd porridge and it is divine!! i can one per day, a normal porridge per day and a bar per day, ha. so i'll feel like i'm eating rather than just drinking this week

i don't mind if it comes off a bit slower now really. not now i'm at the point where i'm trying on my dress. obviously i would like it all gone as fast as possible really, but as long as it's all gone for my dress measurements it's all good

i have four packs with me today. i managed not to have one until around half past 12 but i'm here until 11 so i have an extra one in case i need it for an ss+ day. i got up at six so it's a looooooooong day...

well OH couldn't get the boiler to work when he got home. it seems that the heating won't come on until the hot water has come on... so i'm going to have to look when i get home and see if all the dials are in the right places. i really hope that it's ok. will be really annoyed. but it was one of those things. boiler man shows up and boiler behaves itself... hmph. hot water for running the bath is a go too. OH had a lovely warm bath in it. so i'm jealous!!
