Still day 3 of Diet chef going good for me. I had a WW caramel wafer but meh......if i take it too seriously ill become obsessive......as with other aspects of my life Lol.

God me too. The guys at work seem to be able to eat anything and everything. They go on diets occasionally and lose stones the lucky things and they dont even try.

Although one guy has lost weight (not that he needed to) and i said to him youve lost your bum Lol.

if my OH does whatever diet i'm doing he loses at least half a stone a week. i mean, i know he does a lot of manual work every day, but for goodness sake. it's sickening!!

my arm is really sore

i'm going to have to take off the sticky strips when i get home as half of them are peeling off but the one over the cut isn't and i have no idea how i'm going to get it off when it hurts like this

Aw poor you. I cant stand things on my skin. It really freaks me out (another weird quirk of mine) i always pass out when i have to have a needle or something.....and any op that i ever have, the worst part?? The drip. I want it out. I try and take it out in my sleep. I cant stand it.

Funny. I take off rings and things in my sleep too....weird.

Hope it feels better Just pull it off and then have a cry

Perhaps you could have a soak in the bath before you take the plaster off, it melts the adhesive a bit.... then rip it off quick!!!

am sure it won't hurt much... just be uncomfortable... but i'm going to do it now and i'll let you know how it goes...

don't want to soak it in the bath... don't want to get it wet until i can see how much it's healed over as i don't want the sod opening up again...

well it's off and didn't hurt but it's really peculiar. i thought i would have a scab line, like if i'd had a deep cut, but there's just this slit-like hole in my skin and it's red inside... so i think i need a plaster on it to keep it closed until it's healed more so it doesn't get infected.... so odd... it's just really sore in general though, and should be better now that the sticky strips don't keep half peeling off and catching on my clothes and tugging at the sore bits...

it's ok. i have the sticky bit of a plaster on it holding it together now hopefully i won't get a strange scar, but the cut is just under a cm so hardly huge she did a good job. just wish my skin would knit together now, ha.

Never entered my head the doc would have to cut a hole in your arm to get the implant out

hee. well it didn't come out as easily as it went in but it wasn't bad at all. it's just sore now...
