hell. it's chirping me up, ha.

water drinking isn't as speedy as i would like. have had about a litre i think. that's all maybe 1.5 still, there's plenty of time.

am off to see my cdc at 6.50 tonight for a speedy session woo.

OH has also been to hobbycraft and has the ribbon i need to finish off these sodding invitations. has been a couple of months since i said i would have finished them. they are driving me insane!!

hey hon. well i just got back from seeing my cdc. her scales weighed me in at 14st 7.5 (sigh) they are still way heavier than mine... ah well. she did tell me that that's only 3lbs more than last time i saw her, and that's with this sudden hormonal gain nonsense. so if i hadn't had that i would have managed to be less. woo!!

so i'm ok with that. am seeing her next monday. here's hoping for 3lbs down!!

well it turns out that i am probably going out dancing on thursday night. woo. am ready for a good dance. thing is, am not sure anything will be cheesetastic enough for me on a thursday. still. we'll go to the club with a dalek and toys to look at and dance to anything

ha. i told her i was on day three and she was like 'ooooh, ketosis tomorrow then' but to be honest i think i'm about there now i'm so perky... if incredibly tired... and i couldn't dash about today...

no honey. you shouldn't have to. get active and drink loads of water to get the sugar through your system. might take two days depending on how much of it you ate. but if i remember rightly you decided you didn't like it? so you might be back in already...
