Abi's weightloss diary - post jaw surgery

Oooooh, good for you abz, back in the 13's that's great news love. well done!

thanks jim. i should never have gotten out of them of course... but i'm glad i'm back in them in any case :)

i am just watching the news. so many terrible things happening today :(

I know love, I've got the ticker going here.

oh. and by the way. people that tell you you will lose loads of weight due to stress coming up to your wedding? well it's absolute *****. i have plenty of stress and no weightloss whatsoever. so don't listen!!

Abz stress can go either way. For some the weight falls off and for others it piles on. I'm in the latter group too. I've been holding onto mega-squatters and have struggled to maintain sts for the past 6 months. Don't dispair - your body takes a while to catch up with the extra weight so you will get there again. Get yourself well first and for goodness sake just enjoy your wedding - have the time of your life x

Hear Hear gem!

I know Linz, I wish I could believe he is going to win, but I can't I'm afraid.

i'm going to keep on cheering!! i'm forever the optimist!! and if it isn't this year, it will be one year. i do believe that. and it could be this one!! you never know. although i think he's going to struggle after such a mammoth match!!

lots of exclamation marks there.

and thanks gem. i will try. but all the time i keep finding things i should be doing or have done and have yet to sort out. i'm chasing up the wooden hearts i was going to use for place names as i haven't received them yet, 10 days later, when i was supposed to get them in three, but i completely forgot about them!!

I agree Linz, mind you he was playing his practice partner so he'd have known Andy's game inside out.

LOL, we posted at the same time abz, but yes, loads of worrying points there.

morning.xx

well done on the 13s chick. are you following a 'diet' or just watching what you eat?

just attempting to watch what i eat. although i have just consumed a worrying amount of yoghurt, ha. attempting to stay under 2000 cals a day max, but to be honest i'm more just trying not to pig out, which is what i feel like doing all day, every day right now :)

abz xx

I thought yoghurt was OK on pretty much any diet abz.

ha. it isn't a bad food jim. it's just i've eaten a huge bloody great pot of it!! at least it will keep me full for a while :D

LOL, I know how you feel, that's why I like Atkins, I eat loads but still manage to maintain, but if I have a carby splurge, I put on loads. :(

well i have ordered a ham salad sandwich for my lunch. so that's that taken care of since i seem to have left my wallet at home. so i don't have much option, ha. it also scuppers our potential plans for going shopping for wedding and honeymoon things straight after work as the card for the wedding account is in it... doh!! ah well. i'm shattered in any case and i would imagine thomas is too, so that can be another night's job... will have to tidy the study tonight instead. it's full of junk. i'm sure thomas is going to be thrilled :D three people are supposed to be sleeping in there on saturday night.... you can barely get through the door at the moment!!

LOL, better make some room then abz. LMAO

Well I've only got one teenage girl coming tomorrow but with 2 rooms jam-packed with junk - not only ours but from the kids as well (even though they've been left home for years) and from my mum's flat a year ago it's a job and a half. I'm picking her up from the station at 2pm tomorrow - I'm really looking forward to seeing her as I haven't seen her since February. She's only staying for one night, joining us for my mate's birthday party tomorrow evening and then we're travelling to Wales Thursday for her younger sister's birthday. Good luck with your clean up - I'm fed up with mine already x

i'd momentarily forgotten about it, but now it's back!! ha.

also just got a call from thomson. they made a mistake when booking our holidays and owe us £27. so woo. ha.

have also been trying to work out whether we get a better exchange rate on kroner than we do on pounds for the euro. my brain went a bit fttz when taking into account the exchange rate from the kroner to the pound, but basically the pound is so crap that i don't think kroner can fail to be better, so even with my dodgy calculations i'm almost certain it's a resounding yes!!
