Best of luck with it. I'm only with SW a little over a month now and everyone here on Minimins is so helpful and successful. A couple of tips I will give you from my short time:
1. Get rid of your bathroom scales or you'll just become obsessed. Use the weekly SW weigh-in as your guide - that's what you're paying for and means you won't go postal everytime you see a fluctuation on the scales at home!
2. Start a food diary and complete it every day, it holds you accountable and is a great way of keeping track of everything. There's a Food Diary sticky so you can start one there
