Activity Point Question


Im going to boxercise class tomorrow for the first time.
its a 45minute class but wondered how many activity points this would be?
I cant find anything on the WW website apart from kick boxing and im not sure whether it would be the same thing.

Hey if you go onto the WW website, they have an activity calculator. You type in your weight, length of activity, and whether it is "Light, Moderate or High" intensity level. then it will calculate the points for you. x

9pts would you advise i use these or if i dont use them will i lose weight or plateau!!
ive only been doing it for a week and i haven't been using my extra exercise points but thats because my normal amount of point is enough for me x
I don't do a massive amount of exercise but when I do, I tend to not use them, and then if I do have a blip at any point, I figure it will even out :) But I think if you're earning lots and lots you should use at least some of them x
I figure i have a lot to lose so might not use them but if a special occasion come up i might use a few!

just dont want my weight loss to hit a brick wall cos im not using them! But i suppose only time will tell!!

I always like to leave them to get a better loss but my leader told me she wants me to eat them so I don't lose too much each week. I haven't been eating them though as I can barely manage to eat the whole 26 points I have as it is! I'm sure she'll tell me off at WI though, I'm almost dreading having a big loss so she doesn't grumble at me!
