Activity Points for wii fit

Can we count the wii fit and if so, how many points do you get for an hour?

I've eaten more than double my points for today, so need to try and do as much exercise as poss, and the wii fit is handy for when my son's in bed!

depends what intensity level you count it as.. and same as any other activity - use your activity points slider card to work out how many points you earned x

Really panicking now, as I don't usually point my WI day, but was gonna try the wendie plan this week, so was making this my super high day. Just didn't realise how super high it had been!

I think this is what Rach is on about - she posted it on my thread a while back - hope it helps!

Light Activity is your current weight x # of mins x .000232

Mod Activity is your current weight x # of mins x .000327

Heavy Activity your current weight x # of mins x .0008077

(so choose which level of activity you did, and then put your weight into the equation as whole pounds so for me i would be.. 241 i think and round DOWN to nearest whole number when you get your answer x )
