Activity points

    I am just wondering if u use all ur activity points do u lose weight aswell as using all ur weeklies and dailies???

    ww say yes you'll still lose weight using all those but weightloss would be slower.:)

    I was just wondering the same thing :) I have gained over 20 activity points this week, I am primarily hoping to tone and to my weight loss journey but do others find that using them makes a vast difference

    I dont use my activity points at all - just exercise as extra and forget about any activity points

    Thanks ladies :) how are you finding exercise impacts on your losses? I
    Am hoping it has sped mine up as I have found my loss was always slow without exercise.

    I have never used my activity points but this week I have to earn some to make up for a fried chicken shop related incident on Saturday night following too much celebration of England's rugby win :character00116:
