Hey, an hours spinning works out to be 15 activity points. What happens is you use your dailies then weeklies and once weeklies are finished, you can then use your activity points. Hope this helps!

It's actually better if you don't use them but it's good to have some stored away each week just in case you go over your limits. Spinning can be intense so an hours worth for 15 points is well earned

Yeah the hour kills me but so worth it on weeks for big nights out etc.
