Adaptations of 'Save with Jamie' recipes

Hi All, I have recently bought Jamie Olivers new book and last night I made the Saag aloo. I omitted the olive oil for Frylight and used tikka curry paste instead of madras which brought it in at 2 Syns per portion, it was lovely! Anyone else have any experience of adapting these recipes?
 
Adapted the Butternut Squash and Spinach Rotolo he made this week - used dried Cannelloni instead of fresh lasagne sheets and cut out all the oil and made is syn free. It was delicious. Added more cheese to use up HEX A's as he was a bit mean with it.
 
Just bought this book myself, had a flick through it and I think most can be adapted to suit SW
