    hello!

Just wanting approximate points that you think the following would be from a restaurant called Gaze - its various cuisines. apparently what I choose was super healthy but let me know what you think..

Chicken Teryaki - quite a large portion
Portion of boiled rice - same as portion from chinese. & a portion of asian veg..

what you all think for points?

Japanese restaurant portion of Tori Teriyaki - 5.5. If you think it was a large portion, you might want to add a bit extra on.
    Boiled Rice 6.5
Veg - depends how much oil was used so I'd count anything between 1 and 2.5
