Advice needed please!

Hey everyone,
I did lighter life lite last year and it didnt go too well - my heart wasnt in it so i just gave up. ive lost a stone in the last year through dieting and i just want to lose another stone and a half so thought i'd go back onto light er life lite. I didnt find the sessions to be very beneficial in changin my eating habits last time either but maybe that was because the group was really small (2 people) - what are your experinces? would you say the sessions actually help to change your eating habits? Ive got some serious issues there that even hypnotherapy doesnt seem to of changed!

Also, how much would you say you lose in a week on lighter life lite? Im going on holiday on the 10th august so need to lose as much as i can before then and then I'll have to have a break while im away as im going away for a month so wont be able to keep it going out there, but hopefully i'll have sorted my head out by then! stressful times! any advice would be much appreciated,

Hi Louise

I'm back on LLL, starting six weeks ago. I have lost 11.7lbs in that time - only losing 1.3 in the past two weeks, as I had a couple of weekends away that just didn't enable me to have my shakes :-(

I would say you can lose an average of 2-3lbs in a week. I want to lose another 10lbs for my holiday at the end of August. We are going All Inclusive, so I know I won't be sticking to LLL then as all my food and drink has been paid for :)
