advice needed!

hi everyone! i started exante on the 2nd of january at 14 stone. I'm now just under 11 stone, the original plan was to lose the weight before a holiday on the second of may! for about the past 2 weeks I've been following the man plan instead of total solution. I'm not wanting to move onto the stabiliser programme, but I'm worried incase i start piling on pounds and the exante website only offers 1 example day for each step! how did everyone else do it, so anyone know of like meal plans for each week for example. any advice would be great! thanks!
