Chronic dieter!!!
Hello all,
I have been a member of minimins for a long time and have done a range of diets (some healthier than others) with the support of other members. I have lost weight, gained weight, lost it again and gained it again! In between i have finished my degree, gotten married, moved house and now we are planning a family
I haven't quite regained everything i lost for our wedding last year, but almost!! And i am back in the obese category according to my BMI. I want to lose a lot of weight, i am currently 83.5 kg (13st 2lbs) and i want to be 57 kg (9st 0lbs), before we start trying. But i also want to eat healthily and get my body ready for the pregnancy while losing the weight.
I'm looking for a long term diet plan that i can continue to follow during pregnancy, not a crash diet. Any advice?
