I'm not sure if you have already decided but I'd definitely recommend sw. I did ww for years and yes I lost nearly 2 stone but I was always hungry and found I would binge more. The weight loss was slow and I'd often maintain or gain between losses. I usually lost 1/2lb a week I'd be lucky to get 1.5.
Ive recently joined sw and it's amazing. In 6 weeks I've lost 15lbs and I'm enjoying it! I rarely have that hungry feeling I constantly felt on ww and most of the time feel full and satisfied. Would Definately recommend.
Sw is the only diet I think I'd ever consider doing in future but hopefully after this I can maintain the loss and not have to again.
