Advice please

    Diet:
    Low fat diet and xenical
    Hey everyone some of u may remember me, I started xenical may 28th 2010. My starting weight was 210lbs, my current weight is 155.6lbs. The problem I have is that my loss has come to a stand still, I can't seem to shift anymore off, I do my work out DVD eat very low fat meals, cannot shift a single pound, can anyone help me out?? Xxx

    Having never been in your position before, I can only suggest what people who are plato-ing at WW used to say and that was to up their exercise and also perhaps vary your meals a little bit.

    Make sure your eating enough too.

    Well done on your weight loss - I hope can write a post like yours one day!!

    yep if your body is used to doing the exercise and eating meals you are eating it will get used to being the weight it is , you need to shake things up a little , do a bit more exercise or a diff level if intensity , mybe try doing it at different times of the day or try something new to shock your body.

    i agree with above comment make sure you are eating enough :) its hard to loose wieght if your body is scared its starving x
