Advice please!

Hi everyone

Im thinking of replacing 1 shake a day with a meal of similar calorie content (I saw someone on here mention this once, although can't remember who! Sorry!)

Has anyone done this on a long term basis, rather than just on the odd occasion? I'm worried that because I'm only 2 weeks in it might hinder any weight loss, even though when I think about it logically its the same calorie value so there shouldnt be any difference!
