advice pleeee feeling poorly

:cry:hi all, im feeling really rough today sore throat earache and my chest is realy sore is there anything else i can take except paracetamol as they really upset my tum..and what about throat lozenges?? advice will be apprieciated please...thanks x:cry::cry::cry:

Heya Sparkle, big hugs to you

I went to a diffrent chemist that do LT a while back when i was ill and she gave me Difflam spray for my throat, worked really well and pretty fast. Other than paracetamol im not sure what else you can take?
