I am currently on Lipotrim but am struggling as my pharmacy only sells the 3 shakes and nothing else so I am getting extremely bored.. :(

I have never been on or known anyone on the CD so don't know much about it at all! Any advice? How does it work? Is the weight loss as quick as Lipotrim?

Any comments would be much appreciated :)

Steph have a look at a few people's signatures to check out their weightloss. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

There are a mixture of products. Shakes, bars, soups and tetras (which are ready made shakes in a carton).

I stick to tetras and bars but everyone likes different things :)

There are just so many more flavours and products available with CD - well worth having a chat with a local CD counsellor (imho!)
    Good Luck

    hi steph,
i started out on lipotrim last year and lasted just over 2 weeks before moving onto cd.
u may be interested to know that cambridge and lipotrim are in fact sister companies designed by the same people and based on the same principles.
the biggest difference with cd is the vast variety of flavours. u can even get water flavourings to make fruit juice :D and yummy bars instead of the cardboard flapjacks that lipotrim do :jelous:.
i switched due to the fact i was very bored with lipotrim flavours. i only like the strawberry and chocolate flavoured shakes ( and i use the word 'like' loosely, lol) whereas with cd im spoilt for choice.
if ur thinking of swapping over due to the lack of flavours lipotrim has to offer then i think it would be the best move u could make.
good luck whatever you decide hun :)
