Advice??

Hi guys,

Had my 3rd WI today and STS again - so I lost 5.5lb in week 1 then nothing since...

I'm tracking everything - not cheating i.e going over points or not counting something...

I have been having bread everyday as it's convenient - so I'm cutting it out this week...

Anyone else got any tips or words of advice?

Are you exercising? 5.5 is a huge loss (well done!) averaging at 2 pounds a week that's really good. stick with it and try and not lose heart. Cutting out bread will be a good start. You will feel the difference after a week. Keep it up! X
 
R u eating ur weeklies?
 
I didn't use them week 1.... Used them all week 2.... and used 9 weeklies week 3....

I haven't been exercising much - I'm going to up it this week x
 
Unsure as to y u haven't had anymore losses? Have u had a totm while no loss? Usually ppl loose more when eat weeklies, how about try this wk no weeklies then next wk all weeklies, as long as u don't have a totm also in those 2 weeks u should get a clear picture as to wether or not u should eat weeklies and if they effect ur losses? R u eating breakfast?
