Induction Advice

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Atkins and have about a stone and a half to lose. I am 2 weeks in to induction and plan to stay on it for another 2 weeks. I lost half a stone in the first 4 days and then nothing in the 10 days to follow. Is this normal? Xxx
 
Yep - many people stall in the second or third week.

Why not post up a few daily menus just to check nothing untoward has crept in, and reassure yourself.
 
Yes it's totally normal. The same happened to me more or less, but I stuck with it and the had a 3lb loss overnight. Now I'm going through it again. But definitely stick with it and when you get your loss, you will be so pleased you did ?x
 
I lost 6 pounds in the first five days, then nothing for four days. Then 2 pounds in the next 2 days then nothing for 2 days and then a pound! I though it had stopped working lol. I find they key is to drink loads of water

On a typical day I have been eating the following:

Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, cheese and 2 rashers of bacon

Chicken salad with mayonnaise

Steak or chicken wings or other meat with salad.

I have occasionally snacked on pork scratchings or double cream whipped with blacks cocoa powder

I have been drinking about 3 litres of water a day and 2 cups of black coffee.
