advise please

Sorry to hear of your loss, I think you need to ask your doctor to find out rather than here? I dont really know the effects of an ectopic pregnancy so cannot advise but didnt want to read and run! Only you know your body, what has happened and I guess listen to that and seek advise from your GP or gyno etc xx

Aww babe, sorry to hear that! Hope you're ok. I have to agree with jayde, you need to speak to your Dr. You're hormones will be all over the place anyway and you need to make sure you're ok before you do anything.
Think about what you want before you do anything and remember to take time for yourself, you've experienced pain and loss, don't rush things.
Take care and look after yourself

I agree about speaking to your doc. I haven't personally experienced an ectopic pregnancy but have had 2 miscarriages. I went back to my class 3 weeks afterwards but I did feel physically well enough and wanted to focus on my weight loss to get healthy so myself and my husband could try again. Don't get me wrong, emotionally it was a different story but thinking about diets definitely helped me stop thinking about my loss!

Hope you feel better soon x
