After 3 weeks...ta da!

Weigh in day today ...and 4lbs all gorn away...yay!
So in three weeks I've lost 12lbs. Love you LT :cupid:. I could NEVER do this 'normally' as I'd be fed up by now and I would probably have lost mmmm, maybe 3lbs.
Having said that yesterday was a doozie for me, I suddenly felt mighty hungry, for some strange reason I was craving sausages and Ryvita?? Don't want THAT day again, so thank god I've lost. Will definitely keep going!!!!
