Hi all.
I've been a fan of this forum for many years and in preparation for starting Exante total tomorrow with my husband, I thought it would be the perfect time to join.
The house is cleared out of food, we've got a kitchen full of water, and the bumper pack is sitting in the kitchen ready for kick off!
I'll admit that I'm a bit scared - never tried a full meal replacement vlc diet before, but we desperately need to stop the cycle due to age and health! I have constant sciatica and the other half is diabetic, so enough is enough!
I know I'll be here A LOT so thanks for a great forum.
