Well, I went a bit quiet over the holidays...because I didn't want you guys to make me feel guilty for indulging.

It probably would have done me the world of good if you HAD done, but hey-ho!

I've got 2 more birthday celebration meals to go and a crappy weekend coming up - but I'm planning on seeing the nursey lady on tuesday, and then will be going weekly on Wednesday PMs (after an hours swimming session beforehand!).

Like I said before, I ideally need to lose at least 4 stones to be super happy, and who knows - if I remain 100% focused it will come off of, but IDEALLY, I'd like to shift 2stones4lbs this year. Wish me luck eh ;)

Argh, how annoying. I just wrote out a whole reply and it crashed on me.

I was just saying how happy I am tonight - I finally cooked something basic but I did it from scratch. I made a tomato based tuna pasta dish containing 1 tin of tuna, 1 red pepper, tomato puree, chopped tomato, 1 tin of sweetcorn and 1/2 a courgette (added herbs, garlic, S&P to taste really, the more herbs, garlic and BP the better for me really!)

I used wholewheat pasta and had a large plate filled (put the rest of the sauce in a container for tomorrow's lunch!) but I haven't been able to finish dinner, so that'll go over for tomorrows lunch now :)

Oh, I did have a small amount of low fat hard grated cheese. Haven't quite weaned myself off that yet!
